These Bookie Affiliate Marketing Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Affiliate" or "you") and Sports Bet Arbitrage ("SBA"). By participating in the Bookie Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read this Agreement carefully.
SBA reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the SBA website, and your continued participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms and Conditions.
1.1. The Bookie Affiliate Program at Sports Bet Arbitrage ("SBA") enables Affiliates to earn commissions by referring new bettors ("Referrals") to SBA and promoting SBA's sports bet pick services.
1.2. Affiliates do not need prior experience as Affiliate Marketers to participate in the Program.
2.1. To become an SBA Bookie, Affiliates must follow these steps:
Affiliates must select an active Sports Bet Pick Package and include the SBA Bookie Affiliate Membership during the checkout process. It is essential to have both the Sports Bet Pick Package and the SBA Bookie Affiliate Membership in the cart during checkout.
Upon becoming an SBA Bookie, Affiliates will have access to various benefits and perks, including referral compensation, multi-level commissions, additional sports bet arbitrage picks, contests and rewards, exclusive chat access, and more.
3.1. Affiliates earn commissions on the following basis:
Affiliates earn up to $500 in USDC Cryptocurrency for each person they refer to SBA who becomes an SBA Bettor.
Affiliates, after successfully referring a minimum of four active personal referrals, become eligible to receive multi-level commissions. This bonus allows Affiliates to earn commissions not only from their direct referrals but also from their referrals' referrals, up to a maximum of seven levels.
4.1. Commissions are paid in USDC Cryptocurrency. Commissions are disbursed every Sunday by midnight (PST).
4.2. SBA does not accept USD for payment. Affiliates can convert USDC to USD through reputable cryptocurrency exchanges.
5.1. The minimum requirement to start earning commissions is to have three personally referred Bettors who have signed up through your unique affiliate link. To continue receiving commissions, Affiliates must maintain these three personally referred Bettors.
5.2. Commissions reset at the beginning of each month.
6.1. Affiliates can promote their unique referral links through various methods, including email, social media, Google Ads, landing pages, and direct referrals. Unethical promotional methods may result in payout forfeiture, program suspension, or a complete ban from SBA.
7.1. SBA provides a range of support for Bookies, including the Bookie section in the SBA Discord channel, the Bookie Hub for resources and materials, and periodic events and webinars to enhance your experience as an SBA Bookie.
8.1. This Agreement is effective upon enrollment in the Program and shall continue until terminated.
8.2. SBA reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and suspend an Affiliate's participation in the Program for any violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other activities considered unethical or harmful to SBA.
9.1. Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, trade secrets, or business practices provided by SBA during their participation in the Program.
10.1. Affiliates shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in their participation in the Program.
11.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the Program and supersedes all prior understandings and agreements.
11.2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.
