This policy covers sportsbetarbitrage.com, the public site. It has no sign-in, no checkout and no forms: joining, paying and the Bookie Program all happen in SBA Black (sbablack.com) and SBA Genius, which have their own sign-ins and notices. We keep this short and specific.

- Advertising trackers or analytics. The site sets no cookies, and its fonts are served from our own host.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel — hosting and request logs.
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. We disclose it to authorities only where the law requires.
How long we keep it
Request logs are kept for as long as our host keeps them [confirm Vercel’s log retention for the plan in use]. Emails are kept while we need them to answer you. Membership, payment and commission records are held in SBA Black and SBA Genius under their own notices.
Your choices and rights
